What if an item is not the colour that I thought it was?
Please keep in mind that due to different computer monitors/calibrations, colours may vary slightly from the picture. Although every effort is made to photograph garments in the truest form, we cannot guarantee every monitor will accurately depict the actual colour of the product.
How do I care for my Jord Sleep garments?
Jord Sleep uses a range of different fabrications. Attached to each garment is our care label that will provide detailed care instructions for your new item. Please see below details for additional information:
Silk: Cool hand wash separately using silk detergent, Do not bleach, Do not soak, Do not wring, Do not tumble dry, Cool iron on reverse, Dry cleanable
Cotton and Linen: Gentle machine wash in cool water, Do not bleach, Do not soak, Do not wring, Do not tumble dry, Warm iron on reverse, Do not dry clean
Where are Jord Sleep garments manufactured?
All Jord Sleep garments are ethically made in China. Careful consideration and research has gone in to ensuring all and any factories working with Jord Sleep meet Australian working standards regarding pay, safe working conditions, hours and beneifts etc.
I ordered a pre-sale item, when will it arrive?
Items may be available for pre-sale around 4 weeks prior to stock arriving. Estimated delivery dates will always be available in the product page. Please allow up to 6 weeks for your item to be delivered due to shipping and handling times. If you have not received your item after 6 weeks, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com
How do I know which size will fit me best?
Our size guide on our product pages serves as a general guideline for helping you find the best fit. Please note that Jord sleep is designed as a lifestyle brand and as such, designs are intended to have a relaxed fit. Please also bear in mind the sizing variances between brands, so please check the suggested body measurements provided for each size. What if I need to change my order?
We cannot guarantee that any changes will be possible, as once an order is placed, the shipping and handling process begins. However, if you have an issue with an order, please email email@example.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
What if something I ordered arrived damaged or faulty?

What’s the status of my order?
As soon as your order is received you will be notified by a confirmation. As soon as your order is dispatched you will then be updated with tracking information to follow the status of your delivery.
How long will it take to receive my order?
